About the Role
As an ICT Security Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the security posture of our organisation. You will work on a wide array of cyber security projects, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Proactive monitoring, investigation, and mitigation of security incidents
- Work with Microsoft Defender 365 stack, Azure Security Centre, Insights, Splunk
- Identify, plan, and implement enhancements to improve security posture
- Automate security alerts, threat detection & response for proactive risk management
- Configure Microsoft Defender for Vulnerability & drive patching/remediation strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- DevSecOps expertise ideally with a Microsoft focus
- Microsoft Defender 365 and Azure Security Centre experience
- SaaS, PaaS and IaaS experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience performing cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, and vulnerability management activities
- Microsoft Security certifications beneficial
- CISSP, CompTIA Security+ highly desirable
