We are seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to join our team as a Computer Network and Security Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting IT issues, and is passionate about data analysis and security management.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer networks and systems, ensuring smooth operations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, responding promptly to internal IT requests
- Maintain data security, monitoring system vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Analyse data to create dashboards and generate actionable reports
- Collaborate on IT projects, software upgrades, and process enhancements
- Train staff on best IT practices and security awareness
- Manage IT assets, supporting procurement, and ensuring smooth IT operations
Requirements
- Certificate IV in IT (or equivalent experience); a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with network security tools and technologies
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset—you enjoy solving technical challenges!
- Strong communication, relationship and teamwork skills
