Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager – VP to oversee and manage the financial operations of a high-profile infrastructure project. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial health, strategic alignment, and seamless execution across all financial aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the project and corporate operations
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with project goals and organisational objectives
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to ensure financial integrity and accountability
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects stay within budget, on schedule, and meet profitability targets
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to executive management, stakeholders, and investors
- Implement financial controls and risk management practices to monitor and mitigate financial risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred)
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 5 years in a senior position
- Strong experience in project finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- In-depth knowledge of financial management in large infrastructure projects
- Proficient in financial modelling and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP, SAP systems)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
